Our Family – Our hosts on our San Felipe, Mexico adventure was…the whole family. This was the only adventure besides adventures we have gone on that were close to our home that we have done all together. It was great to be at the beach with Ava and Jakob, they are expert sea shell collectors. What a great trip, we can’t wait to go back!

Although we don’t get to go that often we love to go to the beach in San Felipe, Mexico.  We love playing in the water and looking for shells on the beach.  In San Felipe it’s so cool because during the day the tide water comes clear up the the beach where we help Jakob & Ava build sandcastles.  Then in the evening the water recedes so far back, almost 2 kilometers back.  We can walk so far out where there used to be water.  It’s pretty amazing.  San Felipe is known as “The Gateway to the City of the Sea of Cortez”.  We love the old churches here and the great food that we get to eat.  Mostly we enjoy the time we get to spend with our family.
